Why we exist
Most people learn to run a server the hard way: a free host that disappears, a trial that wants a credit card, or a cloud bill that arrives after the project is over. We wanted the first server to be easy to get and hard to be surprised by.
So every service has a free tier or a trial, every free tier lists its catch, and every price shows what it renews at. When a project outgrows free, the paid plans run on the same hardware, in the same client area.
Who runs it
TheUltraHost is operated by Netpool Datacenter. Servers run on Netpool's own hardware in its own facility, so hardware, network and support sit with one team. We don't resell another provider's cloud.
