Acceptable Use Policy

These rules apply to every service, free or paid. They exist to keep our network, our IP addresses and other customers safe.

Not allowed on any service

• Phishing, malware, or hosting stolen data or credentials
• Spam, including unsolicited bulk email from our IP addresses
• Attacking, scanning or probing systems you don’t own or have permission to test
• Denial-of-service attacks, or services that sell them
• Content that is illegal where our servers are located

Additional rules for free services

• No cryptocurrency mining or other sustained full-CPU workloads
• No outbound mail on port 25
• No public proxies, open VPN services or traffic reselling
• No file-hosting, download or streaming sites on free web hosting

What happens when a rule is broken

We pause the service and email you with the rule, the evidence we can share and how to appeal. Deliberate or repeated abuse ends the account.
