It's enough to learn Linux properly, keep a Discord bot online around the clock, or run the API behind a college project.
Free doesn't mean hidden. The CPU is shared, there's no dedicated IPv4 address, and the server needs one click every 30 days to stay awake. Those limits are what keep the free tier sustainable for everyone, and they're listed in full before you claim anything.
