Terms of Service
These terms are a working draft written to show the structure and plain-language tone we want. A lawyer must review and replace them before launch.
Who we are
TheUltraHost is a brand operated by Netpool Datacenter. When these terms say “we”, they mean Netpool Datacenter trading as TheUltraHost.
Your account
- You must give accurate details and keep them current.
- You’re responsible for everything done with your account and your servers.
- Minimum age and guardian-consent rules: to be confirmed by legal (see PRD §16 Q7).
Orders, billing and renewals
- Prices are shown in the currency you choose and billed through our client area.
- Paid services renew automatically at the renewal price shown when you ordered, until you cancel.
- Promo codes apply to the first term unless the offer says otherwise.
Free services
Free services are covered by the free-tier terms in addition to these terms.
Acceptable use
Every service is subject to the acceptable use policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend a service that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy. We’ll tell you which rule and how to appeal, except where the law or an active attack makes that impossible.

Liability

Changes
We’ll give notice by email before material changes take effect.
